Proceed to Our Returns Center After You Have Understood Our Policies Below.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in full-price, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you can contact us by letting us know your order number, the email address you used for the purchase and for which product that you would like to return.
For your convenience, please use our Returns Center for a speedy response. Once approved, you can direct the product to an address given by us.

Refunds & Non-gratia refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
If you do like our bags and for any reason had a bad experience with our services, we can offer a non-gratia refund of a certain amount back for customer satisfaction purpose, without returning the bag to us.
Non-gratia refunds are also eligible for returns that are too costly for international orders. Or on certain limited warranty cases where a non-gratia refunds is used to fix a damaged good.
Non-gratia refund is at our discretion and subject to a valid reason.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items or be reimbursed with store credit if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@YonderBags.com to further arrange.

All products are shipped to you in appropriate packaging to help ensure that you receive your purchase in excellent condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.
- If you receive a damaged product, we will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
- Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, reject the shipment and have the carrier return it.
- If there is minor damage to the packaging, indicate as such when you sign for the shipment.
- In the unlikely event that you find the product to be damaged upon opening it, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. As items usually ship within a week or two, delays that are not up to us may occur. Please allow up to 4 weeks for items to deliver. If you have any questions regarding the shipping status of your items, do not hesitate to write us an email to email@example.com.
You should always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The tracking information should be shared with us and we are not responsible for lost shipment and customs duties.
Please note that the shipping cost may be more than the purchase price of your bag in some instances.
Gift Card Purchases
Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
We sourced and test our bags to ensure they last for decades, perhaps your entire life. You’re not going to have to worry about our leather goods wearing out prematurely, if sufficient care is used.
It would have been easy for us to offer you a 100 year or even 1,000 year warranty. But the truth is, the critical time period is really just the first year or so. After that, it’s mostly how well you maintain your leather goods that will determine the lifespan.
Since no manufacturer covers abuse, failure to maintain, normal wear and tear, etc., we thought it would be better to just offer a real warranty you can count on without all the fluff.
As with any handcrafted product, and whenever humans are involved, there is always the potential for human error. We’ve built our processes with redundant layers of quality control, but even so, there is always a small chance there could be an issue. And we want to eliminate any worry about that for you.
So here’s what our warranty means, what it covers and what it doesn’t.
Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for all of our leather goods. In the unlikely event that there are manufacturing or material defects, they would likely arise in the first few months of ownership, certainly within one year of regular use. After that, it is typically how well you maintain the product that determines its life.
But just to give you extra peace of mind, we cover any manufacturing or material defects within the first year you own the product. If any defect becomes apparent during this time period, simply contact us and we’ll choose to either 1) replace the product; 2) repair it for you; or 3) pay for you (via non-gratia refund) to repair it at a reputable and reasonable repair shop. The choice between these options is at our discretion.
Please note that there is no warranty coverage for normal wear and tear, natural aging of the product, damage caused by you or others, animal damage, excessive use and abuse, unintended use of the product, products that have been modified by you or others, etc.
